Snoop Dogg has at last dropped his newest album, “From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites.”
And wouldn’t you know, the unofficial King of Cannabis dropped it on 4/20.
“From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites” is the 18th studio album from the California-hailing rapper. According to Hip Hop DX, a number of its 10 tracks feature guest vocals from the likes of Devin The Dude, Kokane, Goldie Loc, Big Tray Deee, Mozzy, Larry June, Prohoezak and Jay Black.
The track list also includes titles such as “Sat It Witcha Booty,” “Left My Weed,” and “CEO,” so you can be sure that this album is going to deliver on that snazzy Snoop swag that we all know and love.
In fact, Snoop stated that he was hoping to provide people with a soundtrack as they partake in, ahem, 4/20 celebrations. In a press release promoting “Even Higher Together”—an event brought to you by cannabis brand, Weedmaps—Snoop explained that he dropped “From That Streets 2 Tha Suites” on 4/20 with a generous intent in mind.
“Weedmaps’ virtual 4/20 event is going to be phenomenal,” explained Snoop previously. “Anything celebrating cannabis and the culture around it, you know I gotta be there. Cannabis brings people together and Weedmaps is doing just that. I’m also dropping my new album, ‘From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites’ on 4/20 to give my fans a little something to smoke to on this holiday, ya dig?”
