Deepika Padukone has tested positive for Covid-19. Earlier today, her father was admitted to a Bengaluru hospital after he, his wife and daughter Anisha tested positive for the virus.

Deepika Padukone has tested positive for Covid-19. While the actress hasn’t posted any update about this, according to reports, she tested Covid positive on Tuesday (May 4). She is currently with her family in Bangalore.

DEEPIKA PADUKONE IS COVID POSITIVE

Earlier in the day, Deepika’s father and ace badminton player Prakash Padukone, was hospitalised after experiencing prolonged fever. He, his wife and younger daughter Anisha are also Covid positive. Now, even Deepika has tested positive according to reports.

WHAT’S ON THE WORK FRONT?

Deepika Padukone has a host of films lined up. She will be seen sharing screen space with husband Ranveer Singh in 83. Ranveer is playing the role of Kapil Dev in the film while Deepika will be seen playing his wife Romi Dev. The actress has wrapped up the shooting of Shakun Batra's yet-to-be-titled film with Siddhant Chaturvedi. Deepika will also be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan. The actress also has Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and an untitled project with Prabhas lined up. Additionally, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan will reunite for the Indian adaptation of The Intern.
