'It's a bit early!': Phillip Schofield is treated to £440 champagne and cake by This Morning crew the day before his 60th birthday
Philip Schofield took to Instagram on Thursday to share a behind the scenes glimpse of the This Morning crew starting his birthday celebrations a day early.
The presenter, who turns 60 on Friday, was surprised with cake and balloons as well as two bottles of £440 Pol Roger champagne.
Sharing the sweet clips, Phillip can be seen becoming a little overwhelmed as he thanked his colleagues and co-host Holly Willoughby.

The broadcaster was surprised with a chocolate cake by staff as he sat in the make-up chair before Thursday's show.
As the team sang, co-host Holly could be seen in the mirror recording the festivities on her phone, playfully shouting 'and many more' at the songs climax.
Phillip commented on the clip: 'I love you team, thank you @HollyWilloughby @DavidObrien75 @SuzieNarden @PatsyOneillMakeup'.

The host later showed off a large stack of gifts, all wrapped in brown paper which he playfully captioned with the song My Favourite Things from The Sound Of Music.
The cheeky cards read: 'Someone call nine wine wine'.

The loving crew decorated the backstage area of the studio with Phil sharing snaps of gold and silver balloons lining the corridor.

Showing off his other gifts, the star was spoiled with two bottled of Pol roger black label champagne.
Alongside the bubbly and two glasses were three packets of Phillip's favourite biscuits; ginger nuts.

This comes after Holly giggled on the show on Wednesday as she joked about self-pleasure, while learning it can help with sleep.
The segment about how to fall asleep more easily, and off air, Holly and Dr Zoe Williams discussed how self-pleasure can aid.
Speaking on camera, Holly quipped: 'That's better than a lavender spritz!' before chuckling away with Phillip.
