There are texts in those documents that reveal medical facts are are prohinited from public discolsure and so it is a violation of 
1. the patient rights act.
2. it is an offense because I have contacted both sites and they did not delete the material.
3. it is a violation of the privacy act in relation to the patient rights act.

Another point deals with the criminal code law
The criminal code law certainly prohibits disclosing information regarding an offense that is not listed in its database (it prohibits even publishing information regarding those who are in the database). Publishing is a criminal offense (section 22) of the law. 

This material contains additional severe inaccuracies present in the court system that is magnified in those sites based on google.
