Why Tyga And Rob Kardashian Dispute Blac Chyna's Child Support Claims

Socialite and model Blac Chyna has taken to social media to air her feelings about being a single mom and her alleged lack of support from the fathers of her children. Chyna has two kids, King Cairo and Dream, with rapper Tyga and Rob Kardashian respectively.

Both Tyga and Kardashian have publicly responded via Twitter, shutting down Chyna's claims she is receiving no support.

Kicking everything off, Chyna tweeted to her 650,000 followers on Wednesday, March 30: "Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars ...my reasons... morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support. I'm A MAMA"

In a follow-up tweet, she wrote: "Single no support child support."

First to dispute Chyna's child support claims was rapper Tyga, with whom she shares a 9-year-old son, King Cairo.

He explained he contributes money towards King Cairo's education and looks after him, Monday to Saturday, in response to the Instagram account The Shade Room, which reshared Chyna's tweets.

He said: "I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon-sat. Why would I pay child support lol."

Kardashian, who shares 5-year-old Dream with Chyna, also defended his contributions to raising his daughter, including paying for her school and medical bills.

Responding to Chyna's tweet, Kardashian wrote: "I pay 37k a year for my daughter's school. handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol."

Tyga could not help noticing the difference in the amount of their contributions and joked to Kardashian: "how u pay 3K less. Let me kno the plug."

Tyga and Chyna dated for three years and were engaged for a short while before officially calling it quits on their relationship in 2014.

Tyga would go on to date Rob Kardashian's younger half-sister Kylie Jenner. They split in 2016 and Jenner now has two children with fellow rapper Travis Scott.

In January 2016, Chyna and Kardashian started dating and were engaged three months later. In November 2016, Chyna gave birth to their daughter, Dream.

They also had their own reality show on E! called Rob & Chyna. However, they broke up in early 2017 and things were not so plain sailing between them.

Following their split, both Chyna and Kardashian expressed their ill feelings toward one another on social media and Chyna obtained a temporary restraining order against him in July 2017 after he posted nude photos of her, without her permission.

After both splits, Chyna, Tyga, and Kardashian obtained joint custody over their children.

Chyna's tweets are a far cry from her comments back in February 2021 during an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, when she admitted she did not receive child support but seemed pretty content with the arrangement with her exes.

She shared: "If they're doing their part on their end and I'm doing my part on my end, that's perfectly fine and that's co-parenting."
