      Franklin downgrades to a post-tropical storm
      The National Hurricane Center is continuing to track post-tropical storm Franklin. According to the NHC's Friday evening update, Franklin was about 680 miles northeast of Bermuda. The storm had maximum sustained winds of 75 mph and was moving northeast at 18 mph. "Some fluctuations in intensity are possible during the next day or so, followed by weakening through early next week. Franklin is forecast to become an extratropical cyclone by tonight," the NHC said.
