Things are heating up between Pete Davidson and Madelyn Cline (allegedly).
The comedian, 29, and Outer Banks star, 25, have reportedly sparked a new romance, according to multiple reports, including PEOPLE. US Weekly first reported the news.
The latest It Couple comes after Davidson and his Bodies, Bodies, Bodies co-star Chase Sui Wonders ended their relationship in August after less than a year of dating. The couple sparked romance rumors after being spotted at a New York Rangers game together last December.
But now it looks like Davidson is moving on to the actor Cline, who has also had her fair share of public breakups in the past. Cline and Outer Banks co-star Chase Stokes broke up in November 2021 — but have continued to play love interests on-screen.
Davidson has had a tumultuous past few months — the actor voluntarily checked himself into a mental health facility in June to treat his post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and borderline personality disorder (BPD). Page Six reported that Davidson “regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break.” Before that, Davidson and Wonders were involved in a car crash in Beverly Hills, when the comedian crashed into a fire hydrant. No one was seriously injured. Davidson was charged with one misdemeanor count of reckless driving and had to enter an 18-month diversion program that included 50 hours of community service and 12 hours of traffic school, among other things.
Davidson's love life has been the talk of Hollywood gossip for years. The young comedian has been linked to several A-list women including Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, Kate Beckinsale, Emily Ratajkowski, and others. Davidson has defended his dating life in the past, saying in an interview that he isn't “flexing” the women he's dated and that he doesn't “think it’s that interesting.”
“I’m in my 20s and I dated people,” Pete said. “And for some reason, that is very crazy and interesting to people.”
