EMIMEN'S ex-wife Kim Mathers received a $615k loan from his company to purchase her current home, months before her mansion sold, The U.S. Sun can reveal.
The rap superstar and his former spouse, 48, are on "good terms" after years of ups and downs and are set to reunite at daughter Hailie Jade's upcoming wedding.
Now, property documents reveal just how amicable the exes are, as Kim appears to have borrowed money to purchase a humble home in Macomb, Michigan.
In December, the mom-of-four quietly downgraded to a $530,000 four-bed three-bath home with 10ft ceilings, a 730-square-foot garage, and walk-in closets.
The online description reads: "Enjoy the private backyard setting from your covered lanai or better yet from the comfort of your hammock under the custom pergola while enjoying the warmth of a fire during cool fall nights."
Documents show the home was bought with a large loan of $615,000 from Shady Games, Inc., with the president, treasurer, and secretary listed as Marshall Mathers.

The mom-of-four lived for many years in a custom-built mansion reportedly paid for by the star, where she raised their three children, and son Parker from a later relationship.
She finally offloaded the huge home, which sat on a private three-acre lot and offered 12,000 square feet of living space, in March this year for $1,350,000.
FLYING THE NEST
Kim is thought to have moved to a smaller abode after three of her children left home.
She has adopted daughter Aliana, 30, whose mom Dawn Scott, Kim's sister, died in 2016 following years of drug abuse.

Kim and Eminem also have a daughter, Hailie Jade, 27, together, while the rapper also raised her child Stevie Laine, 21, from another relationship, who identifies as non-binary.
Kim, who now has cropped blonde hair and a large tattoo collection and has been pictured this month for the first time in years, is Eminem's childhood sweetheart.
The pair were married from 1999 to 2001 and she sued for defamation just days after he filed for divorce over the violent lyrics in his song Kim.
They settled out of court and ended up reconciling, tying the knot for a second time in 2006 but divorced again just a year later.
Eminem apologized for the way he treated his ex in the song Bad Husband from his 2017 album Revival.
"We brought out the worst in each other/ Someone had to make the sparring end/ 'Cause I loved you, but I hated that me/ And I don't wanna see that side again/ But I'm sorry, Kim/ More than you could ever comprehend."
Asked how often she sees her famous ex, she joked this week: "Not often, but often enough!"
The U.S. Sun published photographs of Kim with her rarely-seen teenage son Parker, who still lives with his mother.
EM'S APOLOGY
Kim settled into her new home after a difficult year in 2022, following the death of her beloved mother Kathy Sluck in July, who lived at her mansion as her health deteriorated.
Eminem's ex was so distraught by her death that she tried to take her own life the day after the funeral and was rushed to hospital after being found by one of her children.
She later recovered at home and told The U.S. Sun this month that she is much healthier and has been clean since a stint in rehab late last year, after taking pills to help her sleep.
When approached to ask how she is doing now, she said: "It's been hard, I lost my mom, my dad, and my sister [over the past 10 years].
"[But] I'm good. I've been clean since about October, I went to Jefferson House ... for 45 days."
She said her children had been "very supportive," and she is now on medication, but declined to talk further about her situation.
